This week we have been working on making the number ten in as many ways as we can! Some of us have made "stories of ten" in flap books to show all the ways they to make ten (e.g. 5 + 5 = 10). We have been working with manipulatives (e.g. crayons) to show two groups that make ten. We have also been practising printing our numbers. We are learning that four (4) is the only number we have to lift our pencil while printing, all the other numbers we can print in a fluid motion.
